Faithfulness

Faithfulness is the long game of Kingdom business. It is the commitment to steward well what God has entrusted — through seasons of abundance and seasons of difficulty.

In Matthew 25, the Master commends not those who started well, but those who were faithful. "Well done, good and faithful servant" — the measure was faithfulness, not just fruitfulness.

For the marketplace believer, faithfulness means showing up consistently, honouring commitments, and persevering through difficulty without abandoning values. It means being reliable to your team, your clients, your partners — and ultimately to the God who commissioned you in this arena.
